Product listed as New but comes obviously opened, box broken, items inside flying about in the box - definitely not new. And all this after paying not cheaply for both the product and delivery! I bought this as a present but no chances for that now. Do not list items as new if they are not new. The definition of new is clear: unused, unopened, undamaged.
The only good thing about the seller I can say is that we had a mix up about collection/delivery and the communication was good.
