This seller was very helpful in resolving serious delivery issues, showing genuine care & maintaining excellent communication:
-EVRI (formerly HERMES) delivered item heavily delayed (10 days). Seller chased them & got updates on delivery.
-EVRI damaged item by mishandling the parcel. Seller helped to file compensation claim.
-EVRI refused to compensate. Seller & I agreed on repair costs, which seller refunded.
Two Lessons learnt:
1. Do not use EVRI!
