The item was not new as listed as it had clearly been opened. Half a roll had already been used and then put back in the box, minus its covering tape and covered in debris and hair. The seller told me to send it back, I had to ask for a returns label and received no apology but instead was asked if I’d returned it in the original box (????? Obviously yes). Very poor customer service.
