Item not as described. Damaged and incomplete. Seller's description inc. photos of an undamaged and complete item. Item received was scratched and missing parts. Highlighted this to seller, who offered to refund £25 and ship missing parts but then withdrew offer, stating that missing components were shipped. Seller then became offended when I insisted that parts were indeed missing. Implied I was lucky to get the item at the price. Began to demand I return the item. Bizarre and unpleasant.

Buyer tried to force me to send an additional set of spikes claiming they were missing. I offered to refund him in full if he returned the item. He's chosen to leave -ve feedback because he couldn't get his own way and an extra set of spikes for free. Shame on you, you give Ebay a bad name. This is the only -ve Feedback we have ever received which speaks volumes.
