Easy to use light good manule focus using turn ring can charg cell in the camera and use when plugged in to power lead. Very quiet mechanism hag memory card slot. The bad side is it is not SD memory type. XLR microphone for audio switchable audio levels had 48v switching for powered microphone. One last bad side is it is only SP I can not say any more bad points on this camcorder I would call it semi professional use. Well balanced mounting for tripod use good TFT screen good sound on play back from the camera also with head phones. What would I change on this if I could. Memory slot to SD record an play back to LP / SP colour filters for BW recording eye view finder to colour. Am looking over the camera again can not see any thing else I would change. For the age of this model it is hard to fault. OK no HDMI output only phono an s video parts still out there for this cells are cheep an packs can be opened to change cells in them if you can solder. Line in for audio the mode switch on the side can throw you off I did switch it over to much passed tape to memory nothing else can be said bad about it. Just need to take time look over the specs it has a very nice finish to it feels good to use feels solid built. Charging port very good charging lead not in the way when using when plugged in has LCD charging indicator more then one record button for then holding side or top handle as well as Telly Wide button some one has thought about the use of this when designing.Read full review

This is a robust well built camera with most of the features, via menu, of the larger should mount models. Ideal for budget filming if you’re not bothered about HD.
