Auction was for a collection of pairs of socks and then the seller tried to say that there was only one.
Later admitted that it wasn't clear.

Straight after the Buyer paid he was asked which pair he wanted. It never stated the auction was for 4 pairs of socks (read description) and when he realised this he was offered a refund which I did immediately. Communication and prompt return of funds so I’m not sure why I have received negative feedback! Totally unfair
