The item was listed an new but was clearly not! it was in a used condition, the box was in tatters and the chainsaw was snapped and part of it missing, the motion activated sound was not working and had damage to the head sculpt the seller said that the item was new and unopened this was not the case at all. after contacting they said the item was new but it was not what I recived the figure was not tied to the box as well and was 100% not new at all . got a partial refund of £80 though.
