Borderline Neutral. Item is great and exactly as described - good start. Dispatch time (despite expensive express "next day" postage and packing costs) was not until 4 days after the sale and item arrived a week after sale in no more than a padded envelope. Not acceptable protection for an item costing hundreds of pounds. No comms, even when I sent a direct message. Only reason I'm leaving positive is that despite these issues, item arrived in one piece and was as described in the listing.
