Damage to measuring stick (End was bent so would not give accurate measurement which it is designed for ) . Probably seller was unaware of this. Managed to repair it and recalibrate it. Seller gave excellent communication and kept me updated . Item was well packed and was delivered quickly. Would buy from this seller again.

Item arrived as described but was only sent in a standard letter envelope with no padding, so the case has been damaged in transit with Royal Mail. Therefore, I am understandably disappointed and I feel this shows the seller has no care hence the negative feedback.
