Item arrived in rough packaging. Information in the advert was incorrect. The heater was too heavy, bulky, &large. I returned this straight away. This four weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. I messaged the seller who I find not straight forward. I hope ebay can help me to recover my money. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER EVER AGAIN.

Buyer is Not very bright individual . It was NOT a heater it was industrial air conditioning unit! New with all instructions and dimensions showing in the description and pictures. Return the item in terrible condition and without any care to pack it up well for the transit. Buyers like this make ebay very uncomfortable platform for the sellers..
