Item was delivered damaged due to inadequate packaging by the seller. Seller then accused me of dropping it and damaging it myself. Refused to give me a refund unless he was fully satisfied on inspection of the returned item, which I could never have trusted him to do after the way he behaved. He is clearly up there as one of the worst ebayers. Avoid this seller at all cost.

the evidence you gave for damage was not genuine you were offered a refund three times
your refund was dependant on you returning the damaged item you refused to return it so you clearly had something to hide or you would have returned the item
and got your refund
a very unpleasant person to deal with who claims items are damaged with no evidence please avoid this person
