Verified purchase
Contacted the seller to ask whether there should be fur attached to the hood. No reply. The coat arrived 8 days after listing ended with a broken arm vent zip ( not mentioned in listing description) and a hood with poppers where a fur trim clearly should have been. Disappointed.
