Purchased two pairs of shelf brackets from this seller. They failed to arrive by the expected date. Contacted the seller who told me that he had posted them. Waited but they still did not arrive. Contacted seller again and he issued a refund of 50% of what I had paid. Contacted seller again - no reply!! Contacted eBay, who said they would contact seller on my behalf - no response from seller!! Now I am waiting to hear of eBay will refund me. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SELLER!!
