item not as described at all, very well packaged but its cosmetic condition much worse than in the seller's description, posted a few days after ordering and arrived late. The seller apologized and I was refunded once he received the item back, that's ok but it's been a waste of time and a huge disappointment considering this was a seller with 100% positive feedback

What can I say? I got my listing wrong, which is very rare. On deliveries, I am 79 and housebound, with Cancer and Arthritis, so Royal Mail collect my parcels, which means that any delays are entirely their fault. People usually accept that humans can make mistakes and are normally content with an apology and a refund, but it seems that this particular Shylock was determined to extract his pound of flesh and was happy to destroy my perfect 23 year old record to get it. Oh well, that’s life.
