item was packaged badly or item was opened by someone in the delivery chain as company messaged me with pictures of the item open and when delivered had only a power supply in the box...i told the seller they were not happy blaming us even though we have proof from ervi and wanted us to...return the power supply lol and took eBay stepping in to get our money back ..all they had to do it claim the cash back from evri as they saw the problem but we were treated like thief's by this seller

zero communication doesn't reply to many dozens messages, ignorant . Didn't helped me find out what exactly happened to the parcel. What else u can think about the person who ignoring and not communicating?
