absolutely awful, do not use!! paid for item for them to state that they would not post for delivery so collection only or full refund!! I stated I needed full refund unfortunately, next day they stated I still hadn't paid when I paid via PayPal and again stating collection only, ive had to report to both PayPal and eBay. keep clear!!
