I sent a brand new sandals to this lady, she wore and damaged it and decided to send it back for a refund. Because customer is always right on eBay I accepted the return, paid for return postage and refunded her fully. Yet, she was not happy because she wanted to keep the item with the refund. While most eBayers’ are fair and honest, sadly, few are undesirable, nasty and dishonest, unfortunately eBay is not a level playing field for sellers. This is one of the dilemmas one faces selling on eBay.
