Ok seller, arrived quickly enough but awful packaging. Was basically just stuck in a plastic bag, which made the higher than usual p+p charge look excessive. A delicate thin wooden item sent out with no protective packaging, not even corner protection. It took some whacks in transit. Don't know how it wasn't badly damaged. That was poor. Seller needs to improve there otherwise wouldn't have had any complaints.

I aim to resolve any customer issues to the customers satisfaction, they need only to contact me to say they are not happy with how the transaction has gone and we can have that conversation . The item was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, but I appreciate that if the item sustained damage in transit then it was not adequate on this occassion.
