Item was not at all as described, the inside of the kettle was not clean inside as described, it was marked and grimey. Seller accused me of being a scammer and was very rude. It was resolved in the end with a refund, but horrible experience overall - at first with the condition of the item which was disappointing, then the sellers poor attitude. I wouldnt buy from them again, regrettably.
