Cooker was unsafe, missing parts and had 3rd party low quality parts poorly fitted. Seller extremely unhelpful and in denial of any of the issues. Even after I had a manufacturer recognised engineer perform a report on the item, the seller blamed it all on the way it was transported. Asked for partial refund to cover my costs on the unit. Seller refused. I am now taking small claim court action and trading standards. Formal request sent to eBay to have the seller removed from EBAY. DO NOT TRUST!
