By purchasing an item from e-trailers you are agreeing to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order you therefore accept all our terms and conditions therein.

Images used on all our adverts may be of the actual item brand / make model or a generic image that looks similar. We will not entertain any claim where the customer is saying the item is not as the picture. The sale is made based on the actual item specification, product information in the advert title and the product description in the actual advert. In buying from us you are accepting these points.

No goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company. If payment is not made and retained in full and the good have been shipped then e-trailers retains title of goods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct item has been chosen to fit the vehicle/trailer.

Normally items ordered will be dispatched on the next working day from the day ordered and sent on the delivery service selected on checkout. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.

Once the item has left us we are in the hands of the carrier in order for them to attain the target delivery time. We do supply contact details for the carrier upon the order being dispatched and please contact our office if you need us to chase delivery.

Returns under the DSR (Changed Mind)

Customers have 14 days from the receipt of goods to advise that they wish to return them. This must be done either by Email or Phone.

If you wish to return items the options are as follows;

You arrange for the items to be shipped back to our offices under your own method of carriage. Alternatively you may contact e-trailers and request a collection for a charge of up to £15.00 payable in advance. The customer is liable for payment and the safe transportation of the goods until they are received back at the companies’ office. Upon receipt of the full goods back a refund for the purchase price of the goods paid will be made back to the original method of payment minus our restocking fee as detailed in the advert. It will be accepted that the packaging will be opened however the goods must not be installed or used.

No items for return can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement.

If the return is due to faulty or incorrect items being received, please contact e-trailers on 01566 880228 and we will arrange for the item to be collected.
