I paid over £10 for delivery only to receive a not through my letterbox from the post office saying that the sender didn’t pay for postage so I had to travel nearly 2 miles to go and pay an additional £7 to get the item. Contacted the sender who provided a receipt for £3.95 which wouldn’t be enough anyway. I manage to get back my £7 after numerous messages and photos of how I receive the package from the post office. I paid for the item on the 7th and six days in I had to go fetch it.

This buyer doesn’t grasp that I was not at fault for the postage issue. I sent this parcel to the post office with many other items and for whatever reason, I was undercharged by the post office. I tried explaining this to the buyer but he was rude, argumentative and if I could give him poor feedback, I would. However he waited until I willingly refunded his £7 that he had to pay to receive his parcel. As for having to wait 6 days to receive his parcel…..utter rubbish!!! The buyer was a liar!!
