Unfortunately the item pictured and the description were of the next model up leading me to make an offer that was way above what I would have paid for the basic model sent . They did offer a refund but it was a massive stress to have the wrong item sent when I’d arranged installation of the one pictured. I was assured the mistake in the listing was accidental however I have no idea why they used someone else’s pictures to begin with .
