Easy to deal with seller (responsive and accomodating) and goods were well packaged. Collection by courier was easy. On the negative, goods not 100% as described as not a 2yr old model, have been used much more than a couple of weeks. Also require a repair in one area and have two other areas which already have repairs on the bases.
Further to the above, the seller has refunded an amount, and was proactive about offering the refund to ensure customer happiness.
