After collecting the item, I tried to use it and found that a vital inflation hose connection was missing. After contacting the seller I was told that one of the water hoses doubled up as an inflation hose. This is not possible as the water and air connections have completely different threads.
I tried to contact the seller again but my messages have gone unanswered. I am left with a £140 inflatable hot tub that cannot be inflated.
I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
