The above remarks are totally untrue. There was no stain on the mat. I advised the buyer to spread the mats out and any creases would go as they were woollen mats but he refused. I gave him a full refund which cost me as I had to pay all the postage. I responded to all messages. Don't deal with this buyer - he's a stranger to the truth.
