All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently. All Free Economy services are fully tracked, meaning you can track the whereabouts of your order at all times. You will also be able to select a Faster Express tracked delivery option at checkout.
 
DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. For a quicker delivery method, please see the Postage and Payments options on the listing description page. Please note that in some localities and depending on the time of the year, delivery speeds can take longer than advertised. If there has been a delay with your shipment, please use your unique tracking code to determine the whereabouts of your parcel with the shipping carrier. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

    Ladder hanger

    Decent hanger, accommodates a 3 section ladder and has a locking part on one hanger for you to fit your own padlock. The only fault is that you really need to use stronger fixings than those supplied which isn’t a big deal, I used the supplied fixings on something else anyway so they didn’t go to waste!

    I don't understand what this means

    The worst part of it are the fastenings and the fact that there are no instructions to tell you precisely how to use them. Presumably a hole should be drilled that is big enough for the metal fittings to be pushed right to the end of the hole - there are no instructions concerning this, or what size drill bit to use. I ended up with them all stuck in the wall near the entrance to the hole and so had to redrill the holes and use conventional rawl-plugs.

    Good value

    Good value for money. The fixing screws looked a bit odd and having read previous reviews I didn’t even attempt to use them so used my own to avoid any hassle. I have mine outside so only time will tell if they stand up to the weather.

    These are good quality brackets shame they only just fit 1 triple set of ladders...i would still recommend them though.ordered on 18nov del on 22nov Though you might want to use better quality fixing bolts as I did...100% would buy other items from this supplier..well done..
