Arrived super quick (within just a couple of days of ordering), and even though this was a 'used' item (and so could not be sent in orig box) the seller went to a lot of trouble to ensure it was really well packaged (securely double boxed plus padding) so goods arrived safely. Beautiful sofa, well looked after and excellent value.
The communication skills of the seller were particularly valuable due the the endless number of texts and emails from the transport company, some contradicting each other, some little more than gibberish.
Eventually, the sofa reached me from the far end of the country and I could not be more pleased. Thank you.
