Pumps were advised as size 3 and received size 3.5 which is way too big therefore I cannot wear them. Contacted seller a week ago, but no response whatsoever. I paid for something I am unable to wear plus postage. Very unfair and seller is totally ignorant. Thanks for this very bad experience and for having a pair of pumps for just decoration and filling space. I love throwing my money out of the window. Unresponsive, very bad seller, not willing to sort out the situation!!
