Seller is 100% brilliant. Item was described perfectly, packed really well, just a shame Royal Mail crushed the parcel causing it to break. Seller immediately refunded me, without quibble. I cannot recommend this ebayer more highly, a credit to their feedback.

I feel really sorry for this Seller. The owl arrived in great time and was extremely well packaged and the parcel marked "fragile" and yet before I had even unwrapped the bubble wrap, I could hear a rattle. His wing was broken off (poor thing!). The Seller was excellent when I immediately reported this and issued a refund. I've sent photographs to her of the damage and the packaging and I really hope that she gets a refund from Royal Mail.
