Excellent seller - informative, happy to answer questions, and really tried to deliver the print but was thwarted by the courier returning it to her without attempting to deliver it, having damaged it so badly it is past repair. Anna could not have been more willing to help, and none of this was her fault so I have said it arrived on time in the feedback as I don't want the courier's incompetence to reflect badly on her in any way. Despite the outcome, a positive transaction with a great seller.
