Framed tapestry arrived with glass smashed. Could have been packaging or rough handling by courier. Tapestry itself very nice and as described.

Annoyingly it was the handling by Parcelforce, packaging was all very good complete with fragile tape clearly marked. Have complained at the post office that's regularly used, but without a photo of the damage they are unable to take the report any further.
