The original delivery went missing. I had a tracking number from the seller but Royal Mail never delivered it. It's still awaiting delivery according to the Royal Mail Tracking system.
The seller was very helpful. At first offering a refund, but as I still wanted the items, I asked them to resend them, which they did.
