Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.
 
1. Price
 
All Items & delivery charges are offered at the price shown on screen and are inclusive of VAT (Currently 20%). Additional charges will be applied to deliveries to some remote post codes, please contact us for a quote. Payment for goods will be taken through Pay Pal or over the telephone by credit / debit card or personal cheque by post. Cheques should be made payable to "Woodpecker Furniture". All prices are correct at time of publication.
All goods must be paid for in full before being processed for delivery.
 
2. Delivery
 
For items that are in stock when you place your order please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of FLAT PACK items & 10 working days for ASSEMBLED items. For items that are out of stock when you place your order we will provide an expected 'Due in stock' date so you can choose either to continue with or cancel the order.
 
We attempt to deliver all orders within the time frame specified when you placed your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays arising from situations beyond our control, including delays caused by holiday periods.
FOR FLAT PACK ITEMS - Deliveries are carried out buy our professional home delivery service who will contact you via your email (not eBay messages) with updates on the progress of your delivery. FOR ASSEMBLED ITEMS - Deliveries are carried out buy our professional home delivery service (Kinetic Logistics)who will contact you via your phone, text or email (not eBay messages) to arrange the delivery with you.
We deliver to UK mainland only, some remote postcodes will incur additional charges,AB,DD, IV, KW, PA, PH,EH,DG,FK,G,KA,KY,ML,TD,LL, LD,SY,SA,TR, please contact us before ordering to confirm if this might effect you.
 
If a delivery has failed due to nobody at the given address to accept the items the courier will leave a card with contact details for you to call & re-arrange delivery.
 
3. Cancellations
 
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us by telephone 01761 418359 Mon - Fri 9:00 - 5:00 If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a refund. If your order has been dispatched, you will be charged for the costs of returning the goods to us. This charge will be deducted from any refund given.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which give you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 working days after the day that you receive the goods at the designated delivery address. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods but not any delivery charges (If delivery has been made). In order for us to provide a refund, ALL GOODS MUST BE UN-OPENED & ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in this condition. Please note that if you exercise this right, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, this will be deducted from the refund amount. Where you exercise this right to cancel, we undertake to refund your money within 7 days of receiving the goods back into our warehouse. In addition to the return delivery charges, we will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred in receiving your goods. Please Note: FLAT PACK ITEMS ONLY - this furniture is a self assembly (flat pack) product, any damaged or missing parts will be replaced FREE of charge, replacement of the whole item is not necessary.
 
ASSEMBLED ITEMS ONLY - If you receive your furniture and there are any defects firstly we will offer you a replacement item or if you prefer we will provide a full refund for the total purchase price and we will collect the goods at our cost.
 
6. Grain & colour Variations
 
As wood is a beautiful natural product variations in colour and grain patterns will occur, small knots and shakes may also be present, these are natural features of solid wood furniture and are not considered defects. To minimise the chance of variations we recommend you purchase items from a range at the same time.
 
7. Warranties
 
All products are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. All timescales with respect to these warranties are calculated from the delivery date of your order.
