At some point, a previous owner has been responsible for cleaning, and putting it together again, having wiped the glass panels on the inside, so that the top panel, and the end panel are in my opinion, badly streaked. The main viewing front and rear panels are still of a clean standard though, so if placed against a wall, on a table/buffet, for viewing will be fine. When I initially listed it on Sunday, it was very dusty, and required a clean up, which then revealed the lack of attention to detail by the previous owner. Having tilted the ship slightly, I can see that the assembly is fairly simple, being held together by cross-head screws on the base, so it can be stripped, and cleaned properly!”
