VERY UNHAPPY Won /paid 15th March,Yodel advised 18th/19th March there was a problem and they could not deliver, parcel needed repacking,!? Advised seller who said I should register a non delivery case,I was unable to do this until 25th despite him knowing it would never be delivered, now I have to wait until 2nd April for eBay to step in and refund me, so a total of 16 days £46 out of pocket, seller cites following procedures,so that eBay/Yodel might refund him!, NOT THE WAY TO GET GOOD FEEDBACK

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that as soon as the issue was bought to our attention we contacted eBay. They advised us to ask the buyer to open a case in order to get the refund started. We did try on numerous occasions to refund the buyer but unfortunately we were unable to do so therefore asked eBay to resolve the matter. We do not think the negative feedback is justified and eBay have all the necessary information should the buyer wish to check we did everything we could.
