Nice seller but unfortunately the item wasn t ready despite agreed collection date. I had to drive back home. I was quite inconvenienced and therefore no longer interested in returning for the item. This may have been a one-off but I would recommend future buyers triple check that the product is ready prior to attempting to collect it.

Buyer came to collect the window frame (unanounced) but unfortunately nobody was here to put the glass in as it's a specialist skill and they were all out on site. I apologised and said we'd fit the glass asap and message him when it was ready to collect. He seemed fine with that and didn't mention he wasn't happy or that he wanted a refund at any point. We worked with our best intentions and still got negative feedback. I've asked for a feedback reversal based on this.
