When I received the watch it wasn't as described there was a problem with the hour hand which was not mentioned in the description, I contacted the seller and told them about the problem and was offered a partial refund of £15 or I could return the item. Because I like the watch I decided to keep the watch which is now at the jewellers, as for the cost of the repair I don't know what it will be until the jeweller opens up the watch.
