Cor blimey - what a useless seller. Item arrived on time damaged in transit or faulty at despatch, and the seller tried to blame me for damaging it when fitting, which I had not tried to do as was damaged. Packaging around item in box very poor which is why it probably got damaged!! Useless and poor communicator.

This was a very robust towel rail which was checked & security labelled before dispatch. There was no damage to the packging on return, hence royal mail will not reimburse. However, we had to accept the rail back & fully refund the buyer, albeit the unit was bent & security tag was missing. Therefore really disappointed that the buyer felt the need to leave this unfair feedback & also with ebay for not removing it.
