This guy states that the CD drawer won’t open so I immediately gave him 3 options.
1. Take it for repair and I will pay.
2. Accept the item plus £50 towards repair..
3. A full refund including all postal charges.
It IS possible that a CD dislodged during transit and jammed the door but to say that I never offered any solutions is a LIE and NO decisions because he is inept at making one Is very hard to please and states that he left this feedback by mistake and would remove it . LIAR, ZERO*
