Seller's listing heading stated that the item consisted of 2 platforms, but in the small print at the bottom of the description the seller stated that the listing was only for one platform. This is deliberately misleading. We asked for the transaction to be cancelled and refunded, but the seller refused to do so. In the meantime, the seller appears to have sold the platforms to someone else, but has still refused to refund our money. Ebay refunded us out of their own funds!
