The model is unbuilt.  Previous owner may have lost the stabilators on both sides and has tried to replicate one using card and found an equivalent shape from another kit.... see pic. In any case, I listed this as both stabs missing. No  decals nor instructions, the box has a rear corner cut out. From my personal collection.
