The item is arrived very dirty inside the shoes has got a lot of pets hairs and older then what they advertised and I ask why’s that like that. They answer is you pay £18 sent it back

Tried to resolve this issue with the buyer, there were not lots of pet hairs in the shoes and they were only purchased 2 weeks before they were first listed, I can prove this with the receipts. This buyer was not interested in resolving the problem, despit offering them a refund, only wanted to leave negative feedback which is not the preferred way of most ebayers, resolution is the better way. I would avoid this buyer if possible. I have used eBay for many years and am an honest buyer/seller.
