Although described as refurbished the only part showing any wear are the rotating brushes. The two water tanks are brand new and all accessories are present and appear to be unused. This is an excellent product refurbished to the manufacturers highest standards. It was delivered in a well packaged plain box that kept all parts cushioned and secure. All in all a great buy at a truly reasonable cost. I've used it twice so far and I would recommend the Vax solution packed in the package and it it is simply great for spot cleaning or entire carpets leaving a nearly dry finish with little residue.
