Ordered VW electronic brake module. Seller claimed was new and unused except for having been verified by VW shop. Arrived in original box that looked worse for wear. My local shop said it refused to accept re-programming, the time for which cost me several hundred dollars. Then had them order an actually new module, which worked fine. Seller agreed to return, asked for me to send back, but after several weeks still had not provided a label. I filed a claim and eBay issued refund for item price.
