I should have read this seller's feedback first but when I had, it was too late so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, sadly my experience was similar to others. There wasn't an item, I was basically told, after I had left it well beyond the date it should have arrived, before enquiring & I could see that it hadn't been dispatched. I was given a refund, without asking however.
