Seller sent the wrong polo shirt ( Stone Marl) to the one ordered (Navy white Check). Sent the screen shot of my order and a photo of what I received but she didn't reply to messages after asking for proof. Not trust worthy

Ouch! We responded quickly (within an hour) and double-checked the photos. Your polo shirt photos match the images on our listing. Also, your third feedback photo is of our listing image which shows the same polo shirt as you show in your photos. We'd still love to resolve this for you as we've been making happy customers for 21 years! If the Navy is what you wanted, we could do an exchange for you, but it seems you ordered the one you received. Returns are always welcome!
