The seller insisted I hire a van to collect the item in order that I "see it first". I was NOT allowed to see it AT ALL ..and the "gentleman" seller refused to look me in the eye the entire time I was there. His wife was able to look at me/talk to me.

it was a collection only item and clearly stated in the listing. buyer wanted to arrange a collection from courier which we did not accept due to various factors. i don't know why she wanted more attention from my partner who helped to load the items in the van. i honestly don't understand as to why she bothered to arrange a van and still came to collect if she wasn't willing to do so. She had a bargain and still complaining.
