Arrived one day late, well packed in bubblewrap and a strong envelope. No damage to speaker, battery, cables or pouch - even the manual was included. Audio cable is a bit naff but the USB cable is longer than the one that came with the original version (this is the newer version). Postage costs were good as was dispatch time. Good service and communication from Tom and I will definitely buy from him again!
