Record well packaged but unfortunately not looked after by Hermes, arrived completely destroyed. Seller issued immediate refund without question. Even let me keep what was salvageable. Fantastic seller with great communication would definitely use again. Hope Hermes coughs up and that he is compensated for their negligence.
